What’s the difference between Young Labour and Labour Students?

Young Labour is the name given to Labour Party members between 15 and 27. Labour Students is an organisation affiliated to the Labour Party and its members do not have to be members of the Labour Party – although they often are – nor do they have to fall within the Young Labour age bracket. Only members of Labour Students who are members of the Labour Party have the full membership rights of other Party members. Labour Students and Young Labour groups often work closely together in their campaigning and social activities.

How do I join Young Labour?

If you are a member of the Labour Party, you automatically become a member of Young Labour if you fall into the age range, providing we have your date of birth in the membership system.
