On Friday evening 17th March, Cannock
Chase General committee held it's Annual general Meeting in Heath Hayes.
The following officers were elected.
Chair: Carl Bennett
Vice Chair: (snr) Mike O' Connor
Vice Chair: (Jnr) Christine Mitchell
Secretary: Dennis I. Dixon
Treasurer: Harry Minten
Womens Officer: Yvonne Dawson
Youth & Student Officer: Dennis C. Dixon
People elected as GMC Functional officers were as follows.
Membership Secretary: Janos Toth
Minutes Secretary: Yvonne Dawson
Trade Union Liaison Officer: Mike Davy
Press Officer: Dennis C. Dixon
Social Secretary: Christine Mitchell
Auditors: Bob Merry & Les Bullock
The following people were elected to the constituency's Executive committee.
Joyce Merry, Bob Todd, Janos Toth, Ian Carr
Dianne Todd was selected to be the constituencies delegate to attend this years
Annual Labour Party Conference.
